Regan, a full-time carpenter with a natural eye for design, has brought his creativity to life by transforming the shop into a modern, vibrant space for Catwalk Club. Having successfully managed two previous shop renovations, this third project is his most meaningful yet.

Gemma is the owner of Brides At Waterfields in Heavitree. Over 12 years ago, when she first started in bridal, she also offered prom dresses and mother-of-the-bride outfits. Over time, she honed her focus on expanding her wedding dress collections, offering inclusive sizing and alternative styles such as black and boho wedding dresses.

So, when the opportunity arose to take over 9 West Street, Exeter—previously the city’s biggest prom shop—Gemma and Regan knew it was meant to be.

The Catwalk Club Experience

At the front of the shop, you’ll now find a Catwalk to strut down, a sparkling disco ball, and plenty of photo opportunities. The rails are bursting with bold, beautiful colours of prom dresses and evening wear. Our Tiffanys Prom collection is second to none for style, elegance, and fun—designed to give real red-carpet vibes for that unforgettable first “special dress.”

In our two private suites, we’ve curated a stunning collection of Mother of the Bride and wedding guest outfits. With designers such as Veni Infantino, you’ll discover show-stopping looks that ensure the mother of the bride is the next best dressed after the bride herself. We often hear at Brides At Waterfields that it’s hard to find fashion-forward mother-of-the-bride outfits that feel truly different—so we’ve made sure our rails are full of gorgeous, exciting choices. And with a dedicated wall of hats and fascinators, you’ll be spoiled for choice.

We also carry a capsule collection of bridesmaids dresses. Each dress is priced at £240, with a 10% discount available when ordering three or more.
